One of our services is focused on serving companies that wish to publish their financials in XBRL format including assisting companies that wish to participate in the US SEC's XBRL filing program.

We are active participants in the XBRL community having been members of the XBRL-US consortium and participated in the Solutions Working Group, Adoption Working Group for several years.

• Study of XBRL submissions with the SEC EDGAR database:

          An independent study that examined all the XBRL   submissions with the SEC made till Nov 30, 2006 indicates that about 25% of all VALID submissions were created by SimpleX.
